The First Step

Learning Through Joy & Play

Where curiosity comes to life

Our fun-based learning approach introduces young learners to Jolly Phonics sounds, Numeracy, role play and drama, and engaging sensory activities that spark curiosity and understanding. Through carefully planned fine and gross motor skill activities, children strengthen their physical development and coordination. Alongside this, Surah practice and Tarbiyah is gently incorporated to nurture moral values and spiritual growth, creating a balanced and meaningful early learning experience.

Building Strong Foundations

Reading, Thinking & Growing

Where skills take root and bloom

Children learn Jolly Phonics sounds and blending to develop early reading skills, while number concepts are introduced through hands-on activities that strengthen logical thinking and numeracy. Alongside English, children are gently exposed to Bangla to build communication skills and cultural connection, and Arabic to learn basic sounds, words, and short Surah in an age-appropriate manner. Role-play, drama, movement, and storytelling encourage self-expression, confidence, and social development, nurturing each child’s emotional, social, and academic growth.

Ready for the Next Big Step

Confident, Creative & Independent

Where learners become leaders

Our Kindergarten programme builds strong academic foundations while nurturing confidence, creativity, and independence. In English, children progress from forming words to reading and writing meaningful sentences, while Bangla prepares them to read and write simple sentences with clarity. Mathematics introduces advanced concepts such as addition, subtraction, and early multiplication through engaging activities.

Arabic lessons focus on simple vocabulary, basic conversations, and practising joined letters to develop early writing skills. Learning is enriched through science based role plays, encouraging curiosity and hands-on exploration. The KG journey concludes with a joyful Graduation Ceremony, celebrating each child’s growth and readiness for the next stage.

Message from the Principal

Learning has been a foundation since the time Allah created this world. Humanity has continuously learned, expanding horizons, thoughts, and knowledge. Islam strongly encourages learning, as Allah says in the Qur’an:

“Say, ‘Are those who know equal to those who do not know?’” (Surah Az-Zumar 39:9)

At Al-Hidaayah International School, we believe that learning does not end within the walls of the classroom; rather, it continues into the home and throughout life. Knowledge is not limited to books alone, but also includes learning the etiquettes and character of a good Muslim. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.” (Ibn Majah)

Understanding that offering Salam is not limited to those we know, and that it carries reward regardless, is a form of learning. Likewise, removing harm from the path for the safety of others is also an act of learning and faith.

At AHIS, we strive to nurture children who are confident in the world and, above all, prepared to stand before Allah with their righteous book of deeds placed in their right hands.
